HOW DOES HOME DELIVERY WORK?
We currently serve the Auckland Region. Our delivery charge is $5. We will aim to deliver to your door between 2:00-5:00pm. You don’t need to be home when we deliver, we can leave your package in a designated area – just let us know by including delivery instructions at the checkout page. We do recommend if you are not going to be at home, that you purchase a chill box with your order. You can add this as a delivery option at checkout. We will deliver your Tot’s Pantry meal frozen, however we can not take responsibility for your purchase once it has been delivered.
DAYCARE DROP OFF
We appreciate the costs associated with home delivery may not work for you. We have thought hard about how we can make your life easier, and cheaper. We have spoken with a number of daycare providers who would be happy to keep hold of your delivery for when you collect your little ones (we will deliver by 4pm). We offer a $2 drop off fee for this service. You will need to check and confirm with your daycare provider that they are happy to take receipt of your order.
Please note that whilst the daycare providers may be happy to offer this, they can not accept responsibility for lost/stolen or damaged goods. The orders will be kept within the chill boxes ready for you to collect. Please leave the chill box with the daycare centre.
CHILL BOX
We can provide a chill box for your goods which will give you peace of mind to know your goods are looked after and remain frozen until you get home. We charge $4 for the chill box. We do recommend if you are not going to be at home, that you purchase a chill box with your order. We will bring along extra ice packs with our delivery teams so if you leave it out for your next order we will put the products in there for you. (Please advise us in additional information that you plan to do this so our delivery team can look out for it)
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE AUCKLAND
Currently we only supply our goods to the Auckland region. The Baby Bag distributes our freezer friendly products frozen nationwide.
