Calling those fussy eaters! This isn’t your typical Mac’n’Cheese. We’ve loaded the sauce up with cauliflower, carrot, parsnip and cannellini beans (and some cheese!) to pack in as much veg as we can whilst going unnoticed to the untrained eye. It has a smooth texture, mild taste, and big pasta to easily pick up and gobble down.

The bolognese has been lovingly stewed providing a beautiful, soft texture. For a bit more veg and some fun for us, we have spiralised zucchini through the mix. We love it, and the kids agree!
