Nutrition Info
Beef is well reputed to offer up high servings of iron. Iron is a really important mineral for growing bodies. It helps move oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body and helps muscles store and use oxygen, which in turn improves growth and development. Pairing iron rich foods such as beef and tomato puree with vitamin C rich foods such as potato and kumara improve absorption.
