• To provide the products and services you have requested from Tot’s Pantry.

We will not disclose your identity or any other personal information to the recipient of any products or services that you order from Tot’s Pantry.  If, however, at the time of ordering any products or services from Tot’s Pantry, you elect to include your name or other details on, or with a delivery of those products or services, you agree to Tot’s Pantry including those details that you specify with the products or services ordered, and waive any claim that you may have against Tot’s Pantry in respect of the disclosure of those specific details.  Tot’s Pantry will not disclose any of your personal information other than that specified by you during the placement of your order that is necessary to comply with the reasonable requests contained in your order. 

Access to your personal information
In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Tot’s Pantry holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.

 

Personal information provided by you in respect of the recipient of products and services

In the circumstance where the recipient of the products and services ordered by you from Tot’s Pantry is not you (but is instead a third party), Tot’s Pantry will comply in full with our obligations in respect of that personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Nonetheless, in providing that personal information to us, you agree (to the maximum extent permitted by law) to indemnify Tot’s Pantry against any claim, demand or other action made by the recipient in respect of the collection of that information by Tot’s Pantry.
