Nutrition Info
Feeding vegetables to fussy toddlers and pre-schoolers can be hard work. We make it easy by sneaking in a whole lot of veg in our super smooth sauce. It goes totally unnoticed by even the fussiest of foodies! The main veggie in this meal is the humble cauliflower. Cauliflower has an impressive CV of nutrients. It is a great source of vitamin C and folate and a good source of fibre and vitamin K. It is also rich in phytochemicals and antioxidants, two naturally occurring compounds thought to play a role in preventing chronic diseases.
